A Bible quiz with multiple-choice questions about people, books, stories and verses. Each round draws ten questions from our bank; when you answer, you immediately see the reference and a short explanation — the point is to learn, not only to score.

Multiple-choice questions about the Bible, each with the reference and a one-line explanation. No sign-up, no time limit.

Choose a level

How it works

  • Three levels. Easy covers what almost everyone has heard (who built the ark, where Jesus was born). Medium asks for a bit of reading (who Lydia was, which prophet married Gomer). Hard goes into structure, languages and historical context. You can also play in mixed mode.
  • Ten questions per round, drawn fresh each game — you will rarely get the same sequence twice.
  • An explanation on every answer, with the book, chapter and verse so you can check it in the Bible.
  • A live streak counter and a final score you can share.

Using it with a group

The quiz works well in youth meetings, Sunday school and family gatherings. One suggestion: put it on a screen, read the question aloud, let people answer before you click, and use the explanation as a cue to open the Bible at the verse cited. Fifteen minutes produce a better conversation than a whole lecture.

Where the questions come from

Every question was written by our team from the biblical text and reference works. When a subject is debated among Christian traditions (authorship, dates, interpretation), we prefer questions about what the text says rather than which interpretation is "right".

Frequently asked questions

How many questions does the quiz have?
